The European Resuscitation Council EPLS Provider Course, based on the ERC Guidelines, is designed for health care workers who are - in out-of-hospital or in-hospital environments - involved in the resuscitation of a newly-born, an infant or a child.

The course lasts two days and aims at providing the care workers with the knowledge and skills for ensuring adequate management of the critically ill child, during the first hours of illness.

A manual and pre-course multiple choice question papers will be issued to the participants one month before the course. Competence in paediatric basic life support is a prerequisite.
