Selection of hotels
Together with “MiCodmc”, we selected a wide range of hotels near the congress venue, as well as in convenient locations across Milan. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
Individual reservations (maximum 9 rooms)
Individual reservations for up to 9 rooms can be made through the fully secured hotel booking website, where you can submit your reservation request, select your preferred dates and hotel, and receive direct confirmation via email.
All cancellations and changes must be made via “MiComdc” by sending an email to [email protected]. Terms and Conditions may vary from hotel to hotel, check the website for full details.
Group reservations (10 rooms or more)
For group reservations of 10 rooms or more you can send an email to [email protected] specifying: number of rooms, arrival and departure dates, room type (single or double), preferred hotel and/or location and maximum room rate. A hotel consultant will handle your request and a tailor-made proposal with several options that fit your request will be sent to you. This will include prices and conditions.
Beware of scams
We have been made aware of increasingly sophisticated scam attempts. These scams often involve fake emails, phone calls, or websites impersonating official congress contacts, particularly related to hotel bookings or registration.
To protect yourself:
Only trust information and registration links found on our official website and communications. Our official domain is erc.edu.
All official ERC Congress emails will come from a verified ERC or hotel partner domain. Hotel partner domain is micodmc.it.
If in doubt, do not respond—and instead, contact the ERC Congress team directly.
Be cautious with unsolicited requests, especially those asking for personal or financial information. If something seems suspicious, please alert us immediately.
