Connecting the next generation of the resuscitation community.

The Young ERC is a supporting committee of the ERC that is dedicated to fostering the next generation of resuscitation leaders by enabling networking, supporting development, and creating opportunities for students, trainees, and allied health professionals who are still early in their careers. The Young ERC produces regular newsletters, educational webinars, hosts the Young ERC F.I.R.S.T. competition at the ERC congress, and has just launched the first 'Resuscitation Science Masterclass'. In addition, the Young ERC is active across social media platforms sharing content and opportunities relevant to early career professionals and students looking to connect with the resuscitation community.
