Mentorship

Young ERC Mentorship Programme

The Young ERC Mentorship Programme offers aspiring early career researchers in the field of cardiopulmonary resuscitation a structured avenue for guidance from experienced researchers. By connecting early career mentees with experienced European Resuscitation Council (ERC) mentors, we aim to nurture the next generation of leaders in resuscitation science and establish new networks within the scientific community of the ERC.

The pilot edition of the Mentorship Programme launched in the summer of 2025 and is primarily focused on fostering research collaborations between mentees and mentors during a 12-month online mentoring period.
